WebThe Chronomancer can do all this but better. First, he amazing against but single targets by keeping them away with his time controlling ranged attack. The Void Monarch struggles against big units. He can barely take on a king, which is exactly half his cost, and two kings can wipe him out. He also doesn’t have the luxury of range.
