Webto amend the Rules for Hospices by replacing the Chapter number, 290-9-43 with a new Chapter number, 111-8-37. This change is necessary to reflect that hospices are subject to regulation by the Department of Community Health rather than the Department of Human Resources, which has since been renamed as the Department of Human Services.
