WebNAWT has created a successful national certification program for individual sewage treatment system inspection that uses five USEPA-proposed management levels as the basis for inspecting onsite wastewater treatment systems. Over the past four years, NAWT has trained and examined over 2,000 inspectors. WebNAWT issues Certificate of Completion to individuals that complete the appropriate training, either 1-day or 2-day training session and pass the exam with a score of 70% or better. Most Certificates of Completion are valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of the completion of the training session.
