WebI don't get any errors it just doesn't launch. If you're running a .bat file, there is console output. Always. You need a pause as the last line in the .bat file to keep it from instantly closing. This will allow you to see the error/response from java when you try to run the .jar file. When you take this step, what is the output/response/error? WebPSM1. My first thought is that you probably want to use something like NSSM so you can convert it to work like a Windows Service. That way it has startup, shutdown, and failure actions all builtin. You can then use services.msc or Start-Service / Stop-Service to start and stop the server.
