Even if there's possibility of it getting nerfed it would be too late to nerf it unless they do the integrity change, which would cause riot from player base. But going from bandos to torva is the worst upgrade of the lot, going from 9.6 DPS to 9.9. So as it stands for TOA order of BiS should be Mage>Range>Melee. You can do a lot more activities with tbow though 🤷♂️.

With 99 range, regular crystal bow, anguish, crystal armor, pegs, assembler, archer ring (i), barrows gloves, no pray or pots, DPS is only 0.05 lower than bowfa with full arma and otherwise the same gear. Against Jad the regular crystal bow setup is 0.15 dps higher than the bowfa/arma.

There is no real use for the Elysian apart from a few niche's.
