WebThe NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was created to help understand whether patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed. It’s a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving NHS care or treatment. We use the information captured via the Friends and Family Test to improve our service. WebAll policies and procedures for NHS chapters are based on the provisions of the National Constitution. The follow- ing version of the NHS Constitution was approved for all chapters on May 2, 2008, by the NASSP Board of Directors. This is the most recent edition for use by chapters. Changes have also been approved for the NJHS Constitution.
