WebI paused Fallout by pausing from the Steam Dashboard, not the main Fallout 4 Pause/Save/Load menu. Go into OVR Advanced Settings / Offsets. For me, a guy at 5'10, I offset the Y Axis to -0.30 (three clicks) and FRIK is absolutely perfect. After going right back to the game, I'm at the right height and scale.
