WebAug 3, 2024 · When I try to deploy my mods it says "Addins file is invalid" and it wont let me deploy them. I am unsure how to fix this or what the addins file even is. I have addin files but when I try to do anything with them on Vortex it doesnt work. I am playing Dragon Age Origins if that makes a difference. Make sure to have all your drivers up to date (especially the video card drivers). After that re-install the game and patch it to the latest version. And even that is not reliable, if your last installed mod happens to be a simple override then the Addins.xml will go back to default not even keeping a single one of your mods. Or at the very least, that's what's happening in my case.
