I just killed the High Dragon (can't remember its name) in the Hinterlands but the loot, in the form of a dragon skull, spawned in an unreachable location. I have screenshots showing the loot sitting on top of a platform which there is no way for me to get up to. Really disappointing after downing such a tough foe. 26 people had this problem.
