WebShatter is imo useless because the effective range for it makes it a no go as you lose more for being close to enemies than enemies lose being close to you. Spin is fairly useless unless you have amo refund mods and in terms of accuracy completely worthless unless you have accuracy mods which make it essentially a laser beam.
