You would notice a lot more than 2 as well. Mosquito bites don't have to itch. Also, a lot of little ones have a slight allergy to mosquito bites. WebAug 12, 2012 · Insect Bite Vs Chicken Pox. Ok I posted 10 days ago re 3 little red dots on 16 months olds skin (1 on her face and two on her arms). They weren't raised, weren't itchy and did not cause her any discomfort whatsoever. Yesterday, they raised with a slightly pus coloured centre. Still not itchy, still no illness, no temperature, no more spots.
