WebDec 2, 2024 · Step 1 - With key on measure for voltage from C to A Step 2 - Unplug the connector to the blower fan and get about 10ft of speaker wire. Have someone hold the wires on the battery terminals of the car and then carefully touch then to the fan motor pins on the fan housing to see if the fan spins full speed. Be careful not to touch the wire ends.
